All videos need branding at the beginning - either a visual with the neighborsgo.com logo or a standup by an editor indicating that this is a neighborsgo.com video.
All videos need a call to action at the end that includes the phrase: "Have videos to share? Post them now at neighborsgo.com/upload/video." Again - it could be spoken, it could be text. It just needs to be there.
These two elements are like the tagging on blog posts - if you're not going to tag, don't blog. Similarly, if you're not going to brand or encourage folks to post, don't upload the video.
